Family owned and operated since 1917, it is our mission to bring professional service and support and a broad product selection to an industry dominated by large, impersonal retail chains. With a newly renovated 12,000 square foot showroom displaying over 60 manufactures, Kieffer's Appliances has become the largest independent appliance dealer in the tri-state area.

        Overall

        Disappointing experience with Kieffer's when replacing appliances at my house during a renovation. Poor customer service and no regard for customer satisfaction. Look elsewhere for your appliances.

        Fantasic customer service and great selection! My husband and I recently had our kitchen remodeled and we purchased all of our appliances from Kieffers. They had a great selection and the sales people were really helpful. Delivery was one time and installation went perfectly.
