Pure Green Smith Tree and Landscaping

I am very happy with my new front walk and landscaping! The work was done as planned and on time! I still get many compliments from my neighbors :-) I would defiantly recommend Smith Tree and Landscape Service !

I was not happy with the service I received from this company. I called them to see if someone could come look at a few of our trees. They said someone could come out within a week. Two weeks go by and no one comes out. I call again to pester and finally a few days later someone comes out. He looks at our trees and says someone will be out sometime within the next month to trim off some dead branches. The next month goes by and no one comes. I call. They say someone will be out in 2-4 weeks. Not thrilled that I'd have to wait yet another month again. I tell them I won't wait that long so they say 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and the next day I'm about to call (AGAIN) and see that someone finally came by while I was out running an errand yet I notice they chopped off more than I told them to cut off. I call and tell them this and they say 'I guess it was a failure to communicate'. I know the branch can't be put back on, but still! Just very frustrating to work with them. I can't testify to their landscaping services, but I sure won't be giving them a second chance.
