        I would give this company a negative rating, if allowed. If anyone mentions "Hitch Anything" RUN the opposite direction while waving your hands above your head frantically. This company does not answer the phone or return voice mail when left. I am sure they could not get close to defining customer service, in any language. It has been over a week since I submitted by order to their website that promised next day shipping and I do not have the hitch or a returned phone call or tracking number or any idea if they just took my money and ran. Do yourself a favor and run with your own money before they get it and run away from you! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered hitch on January 26th. They finally refunded my paypal account on Feb. 13th. 18 days passed and the claim filed with paypal before this fly by night company issued a refund. BAD STUFF!
