Used Silva/southwest disposal for years, was working out of town for a few months at a time recently and had my service cut off - called them, paid my back bill, offered to set up automatic billing - they refused me service due to 'past history'

Forget 'em. Set up service (and automatic payment) with a different company.

I called Southwest Disposal because I had just recieved bill for the quarter. As I reviewed it I noticed the bill had gone up so I called them and spoke with a lady and explained my concerns. She was very helpful offered to work with me on the rate and I agreed to stay. I can't say how much that helped me financially and how they where so kind to understand my situation and appreciated me as a customer.

I would like to thank Southwest Disposal for going above and beyond. I forgot to place my container out for service. I called the office and spoke with a very friendly young lady who told me she would do her best to get my container picked up. Well her best was pretty darn good, because about 30 minutes later here came the man to pick up my trash. Thank you Southwest Disposal for your great service.
