I have never experienced such unprofessional, unethical and shady behavior from a property management company in all my life - and i have been renting homes for over 20 years! Aiko, the company secretary, answers emails on behalf of the owner. In other words you assume you are dealing with a qualified agent, but you are not. She is rude, uninformed on her own company policies, lies, and brags about how her husband was a high ranking person in the Air Force.



The company is a sham. If you rent, there is no emergency phone number - just an email answered by Aiko. They also lost our checks and insisted that we didnt pay even though we had proof that they were received. Check them out on the BBB - they have an F rating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
