Summerlin Meadows Apartments

I've lived here for over 4 years and I upgraded from a small apartment to a large apartment I originally paid a pet deposit and they have change management probably 4 times in the last 4 years and the new management now wants to charge me a new pet deposit and $15 a month per pet for pet rent which is unreasonable the new management is also charge us for water which they have no meters on each department so they can't even estimate how much each apartment is using for water they can't seem to keep hot water for each apartment because the boilers are broken all the time they turn your water off at sporadic times daily. They have roaches the size of cats they keep the property dirty there is no security even though they say there is so don't rent here because if you do its a bad experience the only thing you do get out of it is a cheap place to live next to a grocery store in Las Vegas so I wouldn't rent here its horrible experience!!! Their events are more important than their paying customers they don't want to keep people here all they care about is having their events. their current management is dismissive and rude and doesn't solve any problems they will investigate it and nothing ever gets done!!!! this place just keeps finding more more reasons to charge attendance more and more money my rent went up and it seems like they just keep one more more money for no reason then they can't justify it they change leave at a whim without any reason which is it legal so don't rent here!!!##

I've lived here nearly a year. It was bought by another company and I thought it might get better, it didn't, it only worsened. The manager now never fulfills her promises. The staff evades their duties, nobody cleans the trash areas or emptys the trash in the laundry areas the entire property has garbage remnants laying around that no one bothers to pick up. The gardeners just blow it around with their blowers but never bend over to pick it up. The pool still remains to be closed most of the time??? There are grocery carts from the local grocery store scattered about and abandoned all around that random residents arbitrarily take and discard inconveniencing us other residence and making it an eyesore for the rest of us. There are abandoned and broken down cars that have been sitting in the back parking lot on blocks for months that no one does anything about. There are cockroaches the size of cats running around at night scattering on the sidewalk and in the parking structures because the neighborhood children discard of their families trash by throwing it 10-15 feet away from the trash dumpsters as a game missing it entirely (but their parents sent them to take the trash out) and no one watches them or reprimands them . The security officer that patrols at night goes to the store and leaves the property so she's not even here to do her job. The kids from my neighboring apartments provoke my dog intentionally, I know this because I work from home and I see them. I have witnessed them do it. The people here are low class and intolerable. I agree wholeheartedly with Luis B. Don't even consider moving here. Stay clear! It's better to rent elsewhere if you can.

No one wants to live in Mexico, that's why all the Mexicans are coming here. Now they're taking over and if you want to be living like you're in Mexico - come to City Place! Get your internet stolen, your property messed with - don't ever get any sleep because there is always some type of noise! Sounds awesome doesn't it? This place is GHETTO - smoke free which is a lie! Rude, incompetent neighbors with 5-6 kids who run around the whole complex from morning till night. Water will be turned off on you once a month, guaranteed! For the WORST rental experience, come down to MEXICO PLACE APARTMENTS!!!! I can NOT wait to move out! I AM GOING TO THROW A PARTY - THAT IS HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS!

This is the worst place i have ever moved to. They show you a nice model then after you sign a lease you are screwed. The place is roach infested, hardly ever has hot water,,and security is a joke. I wish i could rate this place a zero. Ive seen projects better than this. Also when something is wrong you get a nice rolling of the eyes by Gi Gi in the office. All i can say is DONT MOVE HERE!

Gang infested. Roach infested.Loud people and music at all hours. Cluttered porches. High internal office turnover. Rude manager that hides in the office Pool closed all summer.
