I met with Agent Amber Dominguez of Tower Realty and Development, in regards to a home I was interested in renting. Very rarely do I go to the trouble of writing a poor review for any individual or company, however, the level of service was beyond bad. I was in the process of moving and viewed the property she was representing. At the showing, she was on her cell phone most of the time and very inattentive. When we concluded the tour, I expressed interest in applying to move in.



Amber told me that if i got my application in as early as possible I could move in that very weekend. It was a holiday weekend and I asked her if that would cause delays. She assured me that it would not and told me since I had her cell number I would be able to reach her at any time should I have any questions or wish to touch base. The very next day, by 9 AM, I faxed my application in. I did not hear from her then, so I called at 11 AM to make sure she got it. She was unavailable and did not return my calls that day nor did the she return any calls over the weekend. I understand it was a holiday weekend but why assure me that this would be quick and easy and then not return emails or phone calls inquiring about this application for four days?



That following Monday I called her office and spoke with someone else who worked there. This person assured me they would get in touch with her and tell her to call. When I finally did hear from her it was via text. She told me she did not get any application from me. I was pretty upset because she could have returned my call to tell me this but I went ahead and faxed it again. Then she tells me the office fax is down (surprise surprise) and I would have to email her the app. Since I did not have a scanner to scan and then email it to her I did the application all over again and sent it in. She did reply with one question about the app and then poof! She was never seen nor heard from again. Will not return calls or emails. I loved the home but grew tired of chasing her. She might be a busy woman but I would be more understanding of that if she were organized, attentive and honest in her dealings with us.



Needless to say I rented from someone else. Unless you like waiting games and leaving countless unanswered voicemails and texts when you are dealing with a time sensitive situation, I would not recommend Amber or her agency to anyone.

Shady company! Consider yourself warned. This is a company I will never deal with again. I rented a house from them, and I know for a fact they skip out on payments to their lawn guys and pool guys. One pool guy replaced over $1000 worth of pool equipment, and Tower never paid him. Every few weeks there is a different girl answering phones in the office, probably because these receptionists reallize they are working for a bunch of crooks, so they quit and look for another job. When we needed anything repaired or replaced, they wouldn't return phone calls and emails.



There are a lot of realty companies in Vegas. Pick a different one.
