Waffle House

i went in this waffle house to place a to go order since they chose not to answer the phone. cause they are to "busy". when i get there, there is six employees. 1 mopping floor 3 doing dishes the other two standing there. i sit at counter and wait for someone to come over to me. a cook greeted me and that was all. the other looked at me, the expression i got was is that i was an inconvience to them cause i sat down.the server tried but didnt hear everything cause other coworkers kept distracting her. about other problem in store. thought customer service was a key principal for a resturant. when we got our food hash brown was burnt, had a piece of plastic in the grits. so it will be a long time before i go back to this location.
