Absolute Auto Care

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WORK.
I have recorded audio where Ken the tough guy threatened to have police remove me for coming to the shop to make an appoitnment to fix a problem that after getting tested elsewhere, was there's to correct on previous work.
The lady behind the desk says you are "YELLING" when you are trying to talk over someone constantly interrupting you?
You are being "rude" when you are trying to explain a situation?
But they hang up.
I was trying to see what I can do in the interim with my car because they were clearly busy and so just wanted to get some advice from a good guy and worker there - Frank - until they could fix the $500 or so work they previous did and was told by KEN he would call the police.
Gee, twice had things stolen out of my car (second was on me because I thought I may have misplaced the first item. Alas, I did not.
Then the reecent fix I am starting to think was something they did to cover their tracks.
This will be reported all over and I am calling the police on them for this behavior.
(I guess Kenny is a real man and calls the police on EVERYONE who says there is a problem).

DROPPED TRUCK OFF AT 10:30 APP FOR 2 HOUR REPAIR, CALLED BACK AT 2:30, WASNT INGARAGE YET, DIDNT SAY WHEN IT WOULD BE IN SO I TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT AND I PICK TRUCK UP, ITS A GOOD PLACE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT TYESTERDAY, DONT KNOW IF ILL BE BACK NO ONE WAS VERY CONCERNED I HAD WASTED MOST OF MY DAY

Not only did they find what I had wrong, fixed a couple of things free of charge that they found, but the service guy came out into the lobby and explained everything to me. They also took me out to look under the truck to show me an issue that was preventing me from getting a full alignment. They have come out and checked my computer in my truck and cleared it immediately and without charge and with explanation. I feel like these guys know what they are doing, they keep me updated very well, and are about as professional as it gets. I'm picky about who I go to and these guys have exceeded my expectations many times. Thank you!

I have been going to the mechanic there JR for years now . I think its a great business. I would refer anyone i know to go there .
