        I've been a customer for 25 ye...

        I've been a customer for 25 years and every time I go in I remember why. This place helps. They help every person in the door. I needed an E string for a bass guitar. They dug in an old box from repairs they've done and gave me one instead of having to buy a 45 dollar set like anywhere else. They treat everyone like they were friends and life-long customers. They didn't know me by name and I'm sure they don't know who I am. This is just how they really are. They don't have everything but can get you anything. If not, they'll tell you why you don't really need it. :-) I like their style and their prices. I hope they are still around in another 25 years. When it comes to customer service, they "get it!"
