This crew of two obviously take on more work than they can reasonably handle. They came to my house and took away my kitchen table for repair for over 3 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they couldn't locate my table and said they'd call back. I got no return call. I called again a few days later and left a message. I eventually got a call back - they said it would be done in a few more days. I suspect they hadn't even started it yet and probably wouldn't have if I hadn't asked. My neighbors across the street had similar problems with poor service from this company. When I finally received the table it was shoddy work and they even had to borrow tools from me to finish it up at my house. He told me he wasn't sure how much he had originally quoted me because he had lost his copy of the invoice - so he made up a price and called it the standard price. It seemed expensive so I asked about a discount for lack of timely service. He got rude and indignant. Avoid them like the plague!
