Great Company

I have been using AB May for years. They take care of our heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. We have appreciated being on their gold plan. It has made being a home owner much easier.

Thank you AB May Company

Our home is approacing 20 years of age and is showing signs of wear. I have been purchasing a AB May Gold service plan for the past few years and it has been a valauable way to keep the house in good working order. We have one number to call for heating, plumbing and applliance service which simplifies our lives and the Gold plan has saved us on some big repair bills on water heaters and furnace repairs.



Without exception, every AB May serviceman has been a pleasure to have in our home. They are courteous, knowledgable and equiped with what they need to fix problems on the first visit most every time.



Our furnace and air conditioning started acting up with blower motor and coil problems and freon leaks. The AB May guys helped us review options for repair and replacement. We chose to replace our system with a high effeciency heat pump system. The installation and follow-up checkpoints on the new system have helped us understand the new system and significantly lower our utility bills.



I would recommend AB May to anyone needing service for your home.

Quick note to say that AB May is my preferred company to call whenever I have a problem with air conditioning, heating, or plumbing. Their personnel are on time, do a great job and always make sure you are satisfied with the work before they leave. I recommend them every time I get a chance.

Satisfied with Commercial and Residential Service

We have used A B May company for a number of years now for our residential heating and cooling systems. About 4 yrs ago they installed a new heat pump and furnace and it has worked very well and been a real cost saver with utility bills.



Last year we begain using A B May for service and repair of our heat pump in our commercail office building. Again, we have been very pleased with their service and responsiveness. We strongly recommned them for both residential and commercial service.

Gold Warranty Plan

I am really glad I purchased the Gold Warranty Plan 18 months ago. We like having our furnace and air conditioner serviced each season (included) and we've also had some trouble with our appliances - and AB May did a great job helping us out.

We recently had our spring service for our air conditioning system. The experience was great. The courteous staff who scheduled our appointment, the reminder call that they were on their way and the technician who came to do the service were all thoughtful and thorough in carrying out their jobs. I especially like the shoe covers they wear to keep our floors clean, nice touch!

We've had a Gold Service Agreement with A B May for a couple of years and certainly got our monies worth from it. The wash machine was replaced for a terrific price, with just a small upgrade that was chose. This week the serviceman came out to check out the heat pump prior to summer air conditioner use and he was very thorough.

Very Professional

Very impressed from the initial consultation to the follow up inspection. We recently upgraded our air conditioner and furnace and selected AB May. The installers were courteous and were able to put in the system without much impact to our normal routine. Each time an AB May representative entered our house they put on paper booties to make sure the did not bring in any dirt. The installers made sure we knew how to use the system before they left. The best start of the process was the inspector who did a quality control check two weeks later. He made sure the installation was done correctly and reviewed how the programable thermostat worked. We love the system and would not hestitate to use AB May again.

I have used AB May on several occasions and every time their service man has been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They've maintained my heating/cooling systems, plumbing, and appliances. By using the AB May Gold Service plan, AB May spotted a cracked heat exchanger and was able to repair my furnace before the cold weather hit. If you want your repairs fixed right the first time and fast, you should call AB May.

Great value on agreement

We have a maintenance agreement with ABMay and have been very pleased. We receive great service and so far everything that we have needed has been covered by the agreement. Also, the techs have been reasonably friendly and left the area as clean or cleaner than they found it.

They take the time to explain the problem(s) & procedure(s) needed per our issue at each service call. We have had excellent visits from AB May technicians. Save yourself the trouble of being treated like crap and go with a different company. Customer service with this company is atrocious.

We own a 1910 shirtwaist home and have been having plumbing problems. We called our service contractor ABMay, they were very quick to get someone out to solve the problem of a backed up sewer line. the charge was 243.00 for them to snake out the line with our 20% discount. Two days later it backed up again. so we called. Again they said it needed to be snaked out, but our clean out was to small for thier larger auger so they wanted to install a larger clean out in the main stack, we approved that. It came to 483.00 for about 1 hrs of work, he made two cuts in the stack and installed the new cleanout section and sealed it back up. then used his larger drain snake to clean it out again. There was no charge for the resnaking of the line. We were assured that would cure the problem. Two days later we it backed up again . this time all the way to the tub on the second floor. We called Abmay again and they came out and snaked it again. They wanted to charge us, but we complained so they waved the charge, but told us we needed to remove the P trap that is between the house line and the main sewer line, we were quoted 2500.00 with no credit for the work already done. Who , living on 20k a year and a first time homeown can afford to spend 3500.00 in one week on plumbing. This is the same company that put all new pex in our house when we moved in as the copper had been stolen. They also have the contract on our heatpump and furnace which we spent 7k on . You would think they would give us a break , but nope. .So needless to say , i am on the phone today getting quotes from other companies. ,
