Durrie Vision

Amazing facility! Amazing staff! Amazing doctors! Very thorough and very detailed. I have been wearing glasses since I was 3 and I am now 25 I have had 5 consolations and the fourth referred me to Durrie Vision and they changed my life. My vision was better then 20/20 the day after my sbk surgery! Thank you!

The staff is extremely nice and professional. Everything from the consultation and post surgery was a positive experience. These people know what they are doing and are the best for a reason!

Can't say enough positive things about Durrie Vision. Extremely friendly and professional from the office staff to the doctors. Could not pick a better place for your eye surgery. These guys are the best!

Dr. Durrie did my Lasik eye procedure and my eyes are great. The service at Durrie is first rate. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner and made to feel welcome. I never have to wait more than about 10 minutes but I usually get in after about 5 minutes (barely enough time to get into a good article). The nurses when I had Lasik were AMAZING. I was really nervous but tried not to show it. They were trying to keep my mind of it and they were really sweet. I felt very relieved to have them there, they totally made the difference between me freaking out and being somewhat calm.



The amount of hassle that I've had since being with Durrie's recommended credit company (2 months) is enough to make my ranking of Durrie at LEAST one star lower. I will not recommend any of my friends and family to Durrie for this reason alone unless they can get their own reliable credit set up. I will never do anything to put my friends and family's credit at risk in this way. For Durrie being so top notch I am very surprised that they would recommend this horrid company. It is a poor reflection on them and they will hear about it so they know what kind of company they are truly working with.



My real issue is with the company that they say you can get 24 months no interest from. It's a company that's called Chase Health Advance, which I believe may not have any affiliation with Chase Manhattan. Chase Health Advance used to be called Unicorn from what I can find out. This company always has a waiting pattern of anywhere from 10-15 minutes every single time I've called. (three times, different days, different time). First be aware that all payments are due by 10 am on the due date or else you get hit with a $39 late fee. Then when you call in to pay over the phone you get hit with a $24 convience fee that they may or may not tell you about. Once it's on your account there is no getting it back. Now, if you decide that you'd rather work with a decent credit company and want to pay your Chase account off with a credit card you can't do that by mail or online, you have to call that in, thus another $24 fee. You can have online account but you can't even pay online! There customer service is sub par, very un-professional. I had to fight with Chase over the phone the day I left for my wedding...that's pathetic. Now that we're back and it's been a week I've had to fight with them about the stupid fees and taking money that is not authorized from my bank account twice. It's ridiculous but they will not do anything to make it right.
