I loved your team approach to working over our new house. I felt like there was going to be no stone left unturned. You were very thorough and you made sure to be available even after the inspection was over and we had questions days later. THANK YOU!!

I initially wrote on this company's website that the process seemed very efficient however a month and a half after the inspection and moving into a newer home, I discovered a toilet in main bedroom did not flush properly, a water pressure valve on main water line needed changing that was obvious to a plumber, and water pressure in tub faucet was terrible. After spending money for plumber for the toilet who told me I could use a new one, I was out about $350.00 for a problem that seemed obvious. Owner refused to offer a dime for my expenses saying " things go bad quickly and it's called home ownership." Extremely insulting especially after I paid $400.00 and the company cost me more money for an issue that could have been resolved prior to my purchase. I'm considering taking this issue to small claims court. To their credit, they did find some obvious water stains, some loose shingles and a closet door that sticked. I would never recommend this company after the poor treatment I received and what seemed like a glossed over inspection.
