I have been trying to purchase a boat console from this company for over a week. I told the sales person that I was ready to purchase and had CC in hand. I just needed to know how much and how to pay. When I was un able to get anywhere toward BUYING FROM THEM; I emailed the CEO. He was responsive but put me off to someone else. Four days later I still haven't received a quote and tonight I purchased from a different manufacturer.

After begging to buy for a week to no avail; if I had this issue trying to buy what kind of issues would I have if there was a warranty problem down the road after they had my money.

Business does take time but you must stay responsive to your potential customers. I know this (1) console shouldn't break the company but if this is a trend they are in trouble
