Overpriced. Service techs very unfriendly. Misdiagnosed my heat pump. Said I needed new compressor. Got second opinion, only burnt wire at compressor.

Great Experience!!

We recently had a new heating/cooling system installed in our house that required some extensive work. I am writing to inform you that the people we came into contact with that represent your company were excellent in all phases of the transaction.Josh Ogle came to our house for the initial inspection and to explain what system might work best for us. Josh had a great demeanor, was not pushy, and made it easy to understand what my wife and I considered a complicated undertaking because it involved a big renovation to our home. In today’s economy we are constantly trying to save money on every home purchase, especially on high dollar items. We obtained additional estimates from other companies and Quality had the highest price bid, but because of Josh’s professional manner in all his dealings with us, we still decided to go with your company anyway. This is a positive testimony for Josh as a great representative to handle these transactions for you.Additionally, Josh Stewart and John Berry were the two individuals that worked in our home for four days. We were impressed from the start and were never disappointed in how they applied themselves to the job. They were pleasant and displayed lots of patience in answering our numerous questions. Because of the amount of work involved in this job, they were at our house bright and early to start the day. There industriousness impressed my wife so much that she got up early one morning and baked them homemade chocolate chip cookies to help start their day. The amazing thing about her making the cookies is the fact that she usually has the disposition of a grizzly bear with a hangover when she has to get up that early. As front line workers who have to deal directly with your customers, Josh and John did a very admirable job in representing your company. They should be commended for a job well done. Customers have lots of choices and options at their disposal these days, so the type and quality of your employees can make a real difference in how people view your company. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I would NOT recommend this business to ANYone!! The Owner is a cheat and the workers are very slack! I had them schedualed to come out and they NEVER showed up. I called and they said they never had us down for that day and then the owner said WE owed them money even though they never came and "never had us down". Also I know that this company cheats their employees out of jobs and $$$. My friend worked there for awhile and then got fired for no reason at all.
