Todd went the extra mile, beyond the call of duty, and worked with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved for me. I really appreciate this, and would recommend the LS location of Bike Stop to any of my friends and to you.



It would have been easy in this case for a business to say, hey, you special ordered this unit we normally wouldn't stock--and you should have looked it over before you took it home. Instead, extra effort was taken to make sure the situation was made right. This kind of service is somewhat of a rarity these days.
