Lee's Summit Nissan

First off we bought a car from this dealership a little over a year ago and the car has been in the shop over 5 months. When they "fix" one part another part breaks. The sales man lied to us and said this car would be reliable. Also, I am not a small woman by any means but the sales lady asked me when the baby was due and I'm not pregnant. The entire experience just goes to show you how careless this dealership is. Last thing is they wanted us to encourage someone else to take over payments of our car, we would never do that because the car is not reliable and we are not looking to dupe anyone into buying what they sold us. All over their dealership they have signs that say customers first but when we asked them to fix the problem they say they can't help us. There motto really is Customers: Buy first then we don't care.

It would be hard to say anything that was negative about my experience with your young salesperson, Derek. He is a real jewel, and I am telling my friends to seek him out when they go to this dealership. He was fair, honest, and gave us a very fair deal with no smoke and mirrors. You go Derek, because you have what it takes.

Overall my experience at the dealership was great. They made purchasing a new car nice and easy. It was a smooth process especially with the help of Quincy Hill. He was very helpful and informative. I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership.
