Just completed the process of buying a 2017 Chevy Tahoe with this team about 3 weeks ago. They were excellent - sales with Karl, trade in with Mischa, finance with Will and new vehicle training with Mike. A truly fantastic team of people who took great care of us! Most people realize this process is not fun and sometimes just very unpleasant and these people really like their job and the company they work for because they were really great and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We love the Tahoe and look forward to sending them business and working with them again in the future!

I continue to be impressed and satisfied with Jerry's service department. Had scheduled a repair for a Thursday, got me in on my short notice request on Wednesday and completed in half the expected time. The cost was very reasonable for the type of repair required. Most people are hesitant to get work done at dealers due to cost but have not found this to be the case with Jerry's and they seem to care a lot more than your average repair shop. Chris has been awesome to deal with.

Also I don't think I ever posted anything with regards to my sales experience but it was so hassle-free and easy going. Ask for Pat McCarter, he was excellent and no typical sales pitches like you might be used to. Very up front and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there.

Look, this place was amazing. I didn't even end up buying a car there (the one I wanted was elsewhere). But they were so great that I'm taking the time to write this anyway. They were not all over my back. They greeted us and when we said we wanted to roam the lot, he was really kind and very spacious. When we were talking about price, they were incredibly transparent about the calculations. I was worried about going to Virginia given all the "isms" I could have faced. Jerry's has actually improved the way I see Virginia. They were awesome. I would go back here in a heartbeat and encourage anybody- young, old, black, white, gay, straight, rich, poor- you will feel totally respected here.

After getting the run-around from Koons Chevrolet in Tyson's, I called Brian back at Jerry's. I told him I wanted a 2014 Chevy Cruze LS but I wanted cruise control added (see my review of Koons for the nightmare time I had with them on this issue). Brian said he'd check with service and call me back. He called back stating they could add it for $340 (as opposed to the $800 Koons wanted) and he said he could be Koons quote on the car as well.

I went in the following day to put down a down payment and sign the paperwork. Brian was great to deal with as was everyone else. I picked the car up the next day with the cruise installed and working. My old car was WORN out. They even offered to give me a loner until my new car was ready (which I politely declined). I had a very positive experience at Jerry's and I'm loving my new car!
