I was not impressed and actually angered by their unprofessional conduct. I thought the obituary would have been better. My wife was bereaved at the time and was told the funeral home would make all arrangements but the obituary was simply three to four lines. They charged over $10,000 and didn't deliver. Find another home that will take care of your loved ones as they deserve to be treated.

I am giving this one star, because 0 stars was not an option. The family had to make all of the phone calls and travel to the florist to pick out the arrangements. The family also had to write the obituary after the original written by the funeral home had typos. A family member called to ask about changing the obituary and was rudely told no. There was no direction given to the family and casket bearers before and after the service.
