Overall

I love this bank. Just love it. Been banking here since 1997 and today have opened a savings account for my 13-year-old. They took the time to explain everything to him and made him feel like a valued customer.

Our neighbor gave my husband a check written at this bank. They charged us $5 to cash it and said they would charge our bank $4.50 to cash it. We will never do business at this bank or accept a check written on them again. I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to in order to submit a review. Otherwise, Imwould giventhem no stars.

received financing for a trailer and are very impressed with this banks customer service its number one in my book. Called about interest rate on new truck and we were quickly preapproved over the phone. People who work there really know their job Very Happy other banks should take a lesson from these folks. They will have my business

Poor customer service

This has to be one of the worst performing banks that I have come in contact with. The customer service manager (at least that's what she gave me) doesn't seem to be interested in retaining one of the bank's most loyal customers. I am in retail and have 2 boxes of coins that came from the bank. I simply need to deposit them into one of the three accounts I have (opened I believe in 1999) well, the coin machine is not operating. It has been inoperable for two, three maybe four weeks. The customer service manager informs me in a not so humble manner, the coin machine is a service and is not required by the bank to have. I asked for the District Manager name and number, she gave it to me and replied, she's probably not there, today is Saturday. She didn't try to fix the issue or give me some other way to address the problem. She tried to make me feel like this was simply my problem. Why should we have coins. This is the same bank that would give anyone $100.00 if they open an account? Do they need business? At this rate they won't have to worry about customers like me because it's a good chance they won't have any. I look forward to closing my accounts.
