I have now worked with them on 3 cars. Jared has treated me right - every single time. One of the cars was a credit repair for a family member - they made things work, and it ended up better than we had expected. No hesitation in referring you to Jared!

I have never wrote a bad review before but this is the first time I have been screwed by a company so bad.... I bought a car from them about 2 months ago and when I bought it they said they would replace my compressor for my A/C. (It wasn't working at that time) I ended up buying the car and it took them about 2 weeks to get the compressor replaced.

After having my car for two months my A/C went out again and I took it to a shop and they said that they never replaced the compressor and they installed it wrong. I keep trying to call Planet Power Toys and they won't call me back. I need my car fixed and they seriously lied to me. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

We were hooked up by Planet Power Toys. After working at multiple auto shops, ive learned that some places do business honestly and others dont. Planet Power Toys was very straight forward and honest with us. We went there after being thrown around by Murdock Hyundai in Lindon. Jason and Jared both were very kind and helpful from the begining. They found us the exact car we were looking for and sold it to us for $3000 below book value. Couldnt have had a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

My daughter and I bought her very first car today from planet power toys. We worked with Jared and he really went above and beyond to help us get her into the car she wanted, for the price we wanted. It took a few days for us to get all the financing working out with the banks and with severa people after this car, Jared promised he would hold it and he did. Everything he said he would do he kept to his word, including working the numbers, which if you've bought a car you know how sneaky that can be. He was up front, honest, friendly and accommodating. Car buying is car buying, especially when it comes to used cars. Some people will have bad experiences and some good. I would definitely recommend taking a look at their selection and working with Jared! Thanks Jared for the hassle free experience!

Almost bought a used (rebuilt) car from them - was starting paperwork when I noticed the VIN didn't match the ad. Reran my own vehicle check - car was FLOODED, not stolen & recovered as they had claimed. They admitted they had lied to me but didn't seem to think it was a big deal.

I wanted to change my lifestyle and go rving. A gal took me to Planet Power Toys. This was all new to me. I bought a Mini Cooper to use because of gas mileage. I paid $5000 for it. They said there were a few things to fix before I got it. It was delivered around the first of January. Didn't drive it for awhile because it's not a snow car. I decided hauling a 5th wheel was too hard for me and wanted to make changes. I already had a Honda, so the Mini would go. When it warmed up a little, I posted the sale, and when people came they would point out the problems. I was embarrassed. They had used black tape on the driver side mirror which was coming off and the mirror was loose. The same with the rear tail light. Then the driver side window wouldn't work. I called and talked with a guy, he said he didn't touch the mirror. He said that going over a bump fast could make the power window problem. I could see where this conversation was going. When you buy as is, you're on your own. I feel a little taken advantage of. My view of AS IS....they make the money, but are avoiding responsibility after. When I finally sold the Mini I took a $2500 loss! Couldn't get my money back from it. The previous person on here is right. Planet Power Toys customer service is a 0. I will not purchase again from them.

Bought a new 2011 CF Moto Z6 in Nov 2011. Took it out twice putting less than 1000 miles on it. Design flaw funnels huge amounts of dirt into the cab. They advertise a 100% customer guarantee but we were told in order to fix this, we would have to pay for it ourselves. We would have to put more money into it but still wouldn't have a guarantee that the problem would be fixed. It was the ride from HELL. Were also told that we could buy accessories including doors but nobody can tell you where to go to find them. Everyone directed us to razor websites. Customer service is terrible. We sold it at a $2000 loss after only having it a couple of months. Wouldn't recommend this company to our worst enemy.
