Horrible customer service!! An employee insulted me by telling me that I was "acting like a child" when I asked if I could spray my wheels prior to entering the wash. That is not the worst part. As I asked to speak with a manager, the employee said that they would call the police!?!! This was totally uncalled for as I never raised my voice and/or said anything disrespectful. I thought she was absolutely crazy and I insisted to speak to a superior when she pulled out a business and said that SHE WAS THE MANAGER:

Astonishing!! I am going to petition for a boycott of this establishment until either outside training is agreed to or this company goes out of business for good. I am amazed after reading several blogs about this company that they have managed to survive in business treating customers this way. I've lived in the area and patronize this business for the past 3 years and it has gotten worse with each visit – no more!!
