Don't let Hana tell you that your health insurance will compensate you for a wig--even if you have stage IV metastatic breast cancer. Upon purchase the stylist explained that I would be required to file a claim showing the receipt for a $600 wig. I tried to do just that and was denied 3 times by our very good health insurance. I called Hana back and all should could say is, "Oh, that's good to know." Really?? When I went to my own hairdresser, he was appalled that I had paid $600 for a synthetic wig has turned out to be poorly fitted and has begun to look the same as any $100 one. I definitely have buyer's remorse as I feel their insurance assurances are totally false, the wig grossly over-priced and Hana's total unwillingness to admit to any false representation. One star is being generous.
