Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always have a great experience with Enterprise. They are very conveniently located. And knowledgeable, they are very friendly and work with me when I'm a little behind when I'm returning. they always take care of my rental needs. Caleb took care of my request exceptionally well. We were down in Longview, Tx for a funeral and it was my first time ever renting a car. They came to my hotel and picked me up & took me to Enterprise at the 281 Loop location. It was Halloween, so the people working there were dressed in costumes ! This didn't scare me off though( hehe!)...within 5 minutes they had me into a car and i was on my way ! I was treated with the utmost respect and was very pleased at how the driver( that picked me up) showed me how to get back to the hotel with great directions....he was a very calm, and polite man ! Enterprise at the 281 Loop is the only place i will go for any future car rentals, when we come back to visit Longview, Tx !
