A Little Shop of Flowers

Bought valentines flowers for $120 and petals started falling off in clumps within 2 days. Took them back to the shop along with a bag full of dead flowers only to be told we must have "pulled the petals off" and "they are only meant to last a couple of days" .... The owner was extremely rude and condescending and would not replace the flowers. Even though I told him his wife assured me these would last around 2 weeks!! We purchase arrangements every month from an Oviedo Florist which last so long.....I've even had publix flowers last 3 times as long as these did! As a longwood business owner myself I will pass this establishment and drive out of my way to find a company who appreciates the business and treats customers properly!

This comment is a response for the one below. A Little Shop of Flowers has new owners since May 2013. Anyone looking for a quality flower shop with commitment to our customers come see us. We apologize for the bad service in the past and would like for you to come back in and see the difference for yourself.

My husband ordered me flowers the day before valentines day this past year and I NEVER recieved them. So, since the place isn't far from my work, I went to speak with someone the next day. The owner was there, but refused to come to the front and talk to me. I was very calm, so it wasn't like I was being a crazy person and she felt threatened. It took us 6 MONTHS to get our $100 back! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are the worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life!!!!!!
