Central Florida Water Treatment went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with both the product and their service. Each time they came directly to our home (Longwood to Auburndale) and made all appointments convenient to us, even if it was later in the evening. The install was quick and painless and the system works great. We can already tell the difference and it is great to know we have clean and soft water now! Everyone we dealt with was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. Their goal was to make us happy and they did an excellent job!

After my first shower I just didn't want to turn off the water, it felt so good. We are able to actually drink our water and not have to buy cases of water. I would recommend this product to anyone. I got a call from Alan after submitting my name online for needing assistance with my water softner. He called within minutes, after hours and right before the 4th of July holiday. He seemed very honest and sincere and offered to come onsite the next morning to evaluate my problem (waterhammer with my softner) at no cost. I have been burned by vendors multiple times in the past so was very cautious. He arrived ontime and with all the necessary parts for potential repairs. He not only addressed my waterhammer problem but he also helped repair another issue that had been created by the initial installer. His pricing was reasonable and he was very upfront, giving me complete control over my destiny. After Alan had evaluated what needed to be done, he left me in the capable hands of Angel who finished the job quickly and to my satisfaction. These are good people (which is rare these days) and they know what they're doing. I will definately be referring to them for future business!
