Cruise Hound

I just wanted to tell you how much fun my son and I had on the Independence of the Seas. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for telling me to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to go on it - it was so worth it! I know I was hesitant at first, but I quickly became a hero to my son when we pulled up to the port and he said "Dad, this is the coolest ship ever! It's bigger than all the others!!" You know how kids are, they have to be doing the best, newest, coolest things, so I was thankfull that you told me this ship would satisfy all of the above. It truly was "awesome" as my teenage son kept saying, and I just wanted to tell you what a great job you did of booking us on it. We're looking at the Oasis of the Seas for next year...we're hooked! I'm still smiling when I think about the fabulous time we had on our Royal Caribbean cruise on the Liberty of the Seas! Thanks to you (Pam) and your super-star staff for helping make this trip the best it could be. Once we were on board, we were really glad that you suggested we upgrade our accommodations. We would not have been happy in the original cabin we wanted - you were so right - those inside cabins are teeny-tiny!! Thanks again for everything - we're ready to book again for next year!!!

Every year around this time, I call the gals at The Cruise Hound to help me plan a last minute getaway before my busy season begins (I'm in retail). They always find me a great deal within the timeframe I give them. They keep all of my info on file so they know exactly what I like-- what kind of cabins I prefer, my frequent cruiser #, my dining preferences, birthdates, everything, so it's SOOOO quick and easy whenever I book - they're wonderful!!!

Thank you all so much for the AMAZING cruise you booked for me and my family on the Enchantment of the Seas last month. From the cabin location to the recommendation of the discounted shore excursion company, everything was handled so professionally and courteously, which is really hard to find these days! We also took your advice on the transfer service from Miami to the ship. Saved us a lot of time and hassles.
