        If I could give zero stars I would. This company has the worst response time, the worst customer service, the worst EVERYTHING! We are due a refund of more than $300 and still cannot get it. They deducted money from our account for supplies that were not authorized. Have admitted we are due the refund, but still cannot get the money. We had to cancel our debit card and our flexible spending cards because of these unauthorized deductions. Avoid Apria at all costs. Nightmare.
