Men's Wearhouse

In returning a shirt that was sold the wrong size and color, the first young salesman was very helpful and friendly. He suggested that we rent a shirt since the store didn't have the correct color. We were waiting for the rental person to finish up with the paperwork from his last customer when another person took over with a attitude that left a lot to be desired. He found a shirt that was close enough to purchase. It was tried on to make sure it was correct because it was for a wedding. The salesperson started to button the shirt then he jerked it up and went to the counter to ring it up. It was litterly dumped in a bag and we were sent on our way. I commented about the shirts condition and he commented "It has to be washed before you wear it anyway"! I have been in sales over 35 years and I wouldn't have lasted a month if I treated my customers in this manner. I will not recommend this Men"s Warehouse to any of our friends due to the poor customer service by this salesperson.

I like the fact that I didnt have to wait long to be helped.. however.. my sales rep was a little snobby to say the least. Overall I found what I was looking for at a great price. Customer Service could be improved for sure.
