Preferred Nails

If you was to come to this salon, make sure you let this young man named mikey. Hes such a sweet heart and he is very good. He is very gentle and hes very nice. I highly recommend asking for hus service

DO NOT go here and expect to get a professional gel manicure or shellac polish. I have had excellent experiences with gel manicures using shellac polish from other local salons, but these people at Preferred Nails are a joke! I live near there and was in a hurry to get in for a gel manicure, so I called to be sure they did them. They assured me they did, then when I got there they did not use the correct solutions prior to applying the gel powder. The only colors of shellac polish they had were black, blue, yellow, and bright orange, so insisted that I could use regular OPI polish (with no base coat) topped w/shellac overcoat. They tried to charge me an additional $15 for the shellac overcoat after I had paid extra for the botched gel manicure, but I refused. The nails lifted after just 2 weeks, which gel nails have never done on me in the past (they typically last 3-4 weeks and look good throughout). The shellac overcoat cracked on several nails after a week. looking like stained glass. When I went to my regular salon and they saw how pitiful my nails had been done, they said I should report them to the state licensing board. I will never again use this salon for gel nails or shellac polish!

If u want quality service and atleast decent customer service, don't come here. (Fare warning) I came for shlack nails and noticed that the liquid (as she put it on my nails) was watered down to the point of running down the side of my fingers. She told still insist her product was the best. After she was done my nails were A MESS!!! I told her (nicely) I was not satisfied. She told me to get into the other chair, she filed all the material off and said have a nice day.. WTF? are u serious? I been here for 2hours and that's the treatment I received. This was my 3rd time at this place and I have witnessed them Mis treat other clients, but never thought twice until this day...... Never again!!!!!! The only reason for the 1 star is the lady who do lashes is nice...... THATS IT!!!!!
