went there today I brought a 2005 745li bmw the mile where a lil high but I was told by the salesman to drive the car then make the decision,so me and my wife drove the car,i must say it drive and handled very well it was unbelievable with the miles I was very pleased as we pulled back in, the sales rep along with the General Manger where standing outside the dealership the GM provided me with the carfax and the VIN CHECK these documents explained the mileage and the cars history long story short I brought the car thanks va quality motors

Word QUALITY speaks for its self went there today customer service was great,and the selection of vehicles there where super I purchased a 2009,3 series BMW 325i low miles drove as if it was a new car purchase when it came down to do buy the salesman and finance manager got me in and out w30 minutes flat this place is highly recommended thanks VA Quality motors

It was terrible do not I repeat do not buy a car from them they put it in a contract where you have to buy the most expensive Insurance there is out there and do not give you a choice

Stay Away!! Very dishonest people. I submitted an online credit application a week before visiting them, as well as speaking to Joe twice before going. The down payment doubled once I arrived (was told $2000 on the phone, then $4000 in person). The monthly payment also went up over $100 per month, the length of the term increased another 12 months, and the total price of the vehicle increased $6000 as well. This place is a joke.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. They are very dishonest and the cars are overpriced. Request that all discussions and request are documented and read them including the dates that the documents are created. Please take this as a warning. I had to give a star to post my review. However it does not deserve a star at all

They sold us a car that literally broke down while driving it home. Their response---We aren't allowed back on their lot and it isn't their problem. Crappy cars, crappy customer service.

These people are great. My wife and I have bad credit. It wasn't always this way but life happens. After shopping several places and seeing how high interest rates were and how low quality most places vehicles were we stumbled across VA Quality Motors. 0 percent interest rate. Not a typo. All of their buy here pay here cars come with no interest, regardless of your credit score. Warranties, Carfax, Good titles, Free oil changes and so much more. Jason was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He never pressured us and he is the reason we bought there. We are so happy. Go see them. You will be happy that you did.

They over price cars that aren't worth what they say they are. I tried to but an infiniti that was only worth about $5600. And they tried to sell it to me for $6995. And when I tried to give them $3000 down, they said it wouldn't be enough. Their a buy here pay here lot. It took over a week to see if I was even approved, and I had to call them after the fact they told me I'd hear something by Monday. And I never heard anything. Don't waste your time people.

Don't go here!! They say they do a 101 point inspection and yet they missed the transmission going out, wheel bearing needing changed, and the most important of all the CATALAC CONVERTER wasn't even attached! The so called warranty is a POS and didn't cover any of the parts needed to fix the transmission and VA Quality Motors deserve one star for paying half the cost of fixing our transmission. When I called back to tell them that the catalac converter was gone, just to let them know that it's illegal not to have one, they said "what is going to be next? Need a new paint job"? I couldn't believe he had such an attitude!! I didn't deserve that! This dealership is a joke and if you want to get a good vehicle make sure you get it checked out by a mechanic and not be blinded by the fact that came with a warranty!
