Overall

i love gattis for family fun time but geeze they should have a discount or better deals when large group goes....last yr i paid for 24 peoples got a great deal and now they say they dont have any discounts for that !

customer service

I took my grandchildredn to Mr. Gatti's and the customer service we received was great. The youngest child spilled her drink at the counter and there was no fuss made, the spill was cleaned up with a smile and my grandchild received another drink from the attendant himself.
