China Garden

We came in after 8 PM on a Monday night at the end of the summer season tonight. We enjoy ethnic food and the menu offered both traditional Chinese dishes and various Thai dishes. We opted for Chinese, my husband ordered Sesame Chicken and I had a dish intriguingly called "Mango Tango". Both entrees were delicious, the light breading was crisp and tasty. The Mango Tango was chicken and shrimp sauted with mango chunks, water chestnut slices, red sweet pepper and jalapeo slices. The jalapeo gave the dish a bit of a zing and an unexpected exoticism. The Sesame Chicken was one of the best we have had. Be sure to try this lovely family-owned and run business. The service was friendly and efficient.
