        lousy parking, mediocre to low grade room.

        definitely over-rated. nice location on lake monona downtown, but otherwise sorely lacking. Concierge service non-existent, parking was a nightmare, and they nickel and dime you for every little service (telephone calls, minor toiletries, etc). Pool is small and uninspired.
