N E Physical Therapy Plus

Before I couldn’t even move my head without causing my neck to
hurt. After a few treatments I noticed a remarkable improvement. Now I
can turn my head and read a book without having the neck pain. The
exercises that I was given and the hands-on treatment really made the
difference.

I feel bad for the one really negative experience on here, but I would say that a lot has changed over the years.



I broke my wrist in February and had physical therapy for three months to get back up to speed.



The front desk is staffed by the lovely Lorraine who was always very nice and direct about payment and visit information. This was my very first time doing rehab (hopefully last!) and I was very anxious about the long recovery time and my copays. Having Lorraine at the desk with her easy manner and willingness to be flexible with my schedule helped make the impact of a hefty amount of money much easier to swallow.



Sunshine was my main therapist although I spent a lot of time with Jess as well. They both were absolutely wonderful. They put me at ease on Day 1 and were encouraging through the whole process. They were both professional and casual in a fantastic mix that made it apparent they knew what they were doing but never kept things too clinical (They have great restaurant recommendations).



They pushed and challenged me but I never felt strained or had any pain from their processes. They gave me plenty of homework and followed through in a very even-handed manner that engaged me and made me want to follow through with my exercises even when they were very challenging.



I do not recommend doing anything to cause the need for physical therapy, but if life happens I highly recommend this center. Ask for Sunshine or Jess and give Lorraine a nice word for me!
