        Overall

        I would acknowledge that there has been a change in the store personnel. I have been doing business with this location for several years for both my ferret supplies and now with my new puppy. However, I always receive a 'hello'! when I come through the door and a salesperson is always soon at my side to help me. The employees have so far been very courteous and helpful. I give my experience five stars!

        Overall
        Not such a great place to shop anymore

        All new employees and everyone is off doing something else. Not friendly like it use to be. Where is the manager when this is all happening?
