This is a family restaurant only if your family has mediocre cooks. I know people who think it's good but I've also eaten their cooking and they tend to be poor to average and most admit it. The last time I was in there, about 2 weeks ago, the two waitresses were carrying on a conversation with the woman at the table next to me. Unfortunately, one was near the front and the other near the back so all three had raised their voices to be heard. At one point they were so loud I had to put my finger in my ear on their side just to block out the noise. Just the thing to make for a pleasant dining experience.



As for the food, the fries were actually acceptable this time. The burger, however, was still the typical prepackaged frozen patty that makes places like McDeath's seem tasty. I avoid this place unless some else really wants to eat there. I've had a lot of different items there and have yet to find anything that was actually worth paying for.



I use burgers in my reviews because it's a "level playing field" for the various restaurants. Plus, in my 40 years of eat at restaurants I've learned that any place that can't make a decent burger is generally bad across the board.
