I am so grateful for Dr. Katina Nguyen and her team. She did my daughters wisdom teeth recently and everything went smooth! As a parent, I was extremely nervous for my daughter. They were very nice, prepped both of us for what to expect and talked us threw everything. Dr Katina even called to check up on my daughter later that night. I've never had this before!!! I wish I had this back when I was a kid. My daughter had no pain. Definitely recommending Dr. Katina Nguyen to all friends and family!

I found Dr. SC Saint Cyr to be a pleasant, knowledgeable compassionate endodontist. The expertise shown was evident after a two-hour procedure on tooth 30 with his assistant anticipating every move. The facility was clean and professionally decorated. The staff could not have been nicer.

This place is horrendous. The dentists are detached, rush around from one patient to another, don't introduce themselves properly, rush through explanations and actual procedures, and are generally cold fish. The dental assistants, who in my experience are the more personable staff in dental offices, are also aloof. The front desk staff are just as bad. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask the slightest question.



The place is a dental patient "mill" that seems to want to cram as many people in for appointments and grind them out rapid-fire, and tries-unsuccessfully-to juggle all those patients at once. The result is that every time I go there, I sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes and then in a dentist chair for another 30 minutes before my procedure begins.



Oh, and the billing staff care nothing for your billing woes that might arise, as you navigate the shark-infested waters of the American medical insurance system. No sympathy, no mercy, no offer of help with your questions or solutions to your problems. All cold hard fact and by the book procedure. No attention to customer service. No humanity. A doctor told me I could go to my old periodontist but now they're telling me I need to go to their in-house perio. Now I owe my old perio a big payment that insurance won't cover, of course.



In addition, making an appointment is also a nightmare. Calling them to make appointments makes you feel like you've committed a capital offense. Every time you make an appointment, they tell you that they are really booked up and start offering you dates that are months away. I've never been offered an appointment that wasn't at least a month away.



Stay away from this uncaring, unfeeling "assembly line" dental practice. You're not a patient, you're a source of revenue. They are clearly taking advantage of our modern world where people switch insurances very often due to job change/loss. While you're still getting used to your new insurance, they won't help you avoid pitfalls that could cost you big bucks. Way to take advantage, Eastern Dental.

this is a clinic looking to rip patients off! they will tell you that you need work you do not need.
