A Tech Repair

If you want to waste your time you will love these guys. Sharp referred me to them as an authorized servicer.



Spoke to the tech and everything sounded great on the front end; he was going to get the parts and schedule my service. Never heard from again.



When I called the dispatcher was very polite but forget about getting a call back. I've called at least a dozen times over the last two weeks; they even gave me the tech's cell phone and he doesn't respond.



Run don't walk from these people. I recently checked the BBB and they have an "F" rating.
