Recently, I lost two mails sending from DMV. It looks like the delivery person put them in the wrong address. The zip code is 28105, it's area close to Elizabeth Lane Elementary School. I also found some neighbors' mails in my mailbox. The delivery person should be more careful. I don't want this happen again.

Worst customer service I ever had; dont understand how these people can keep their jobs. It is literally postal theft and I am turning them into the US Postal Inspector as well as the local police. I moved in on January 30, 2013, and on July 18, 2013, still not receiving my mail. Any mail forwarded from my previous address in Minneapolis is delivered but any mail addressed to my current address is either marked as return to sender addressee unknown or forwarded to the previous owner of the house. I have been to the Matthews post office 4 times now where I am told it isnt their problem or they cannot help me. After the 4th time to complaining to them, my mail has stopped being delivered all together. They want to know why the postal service is going bankrupt, I am having all my bills delivered by email, I am tired of my cable, gas, electric and trash services being discontinued and having to pay additional fees. They may feel it is funny but it is very frustrating and costing me

My postman constantly delivers my packages to the wrong address. I know this because I have tracking numbers on most of my packages that I order. I have to go to the Post Office and give them the tracking number, they then notify the postman, and he has to go knocking on doors to find out where he delivered my mail. Needless to say, priority mail is pointless, since I have to wait extra days for him to find my mail. On orders that don't have a tracking number, well, you can kiss those packages goodbye.

I would appreciate having my mail placed in my mailbox instead of my neighbors,I have to wonder at times if there has been any losses, Our first names start with a J, mine is Joseph and his is Jose, and of course we have different numbers, I hope this helps. You left an envelope containing a 'check' for Jose in my box yesterday, I got my mail today,Thanks. Maybe you guys are rushed, but think of the time lost redelivering and the frustration of wondering where your mail is while holding a handful of your next door neighbor's. PLEASE READ THE ADDRESS.

On a busy Friday afternoon just days after a disruptive snow/ice storm the woman on the other end of the phone was eager to help and pleasant to talk with. I love this post office!
