Long waiting. Every time I go, I have to fill out the paperwork. The ladies at the front are rude!

I like this practice, however, my usual wait time to see a doctor is about 2 to 3hrs after my appointment time. Please fix this..

bad, bad experience!!!! My father was there and they did not take the insurance and he was going to pay cash and they did not accept cash WTF!!!!!

The main problem is the medical service after the visit. We have been wanting to change the medication because the prescribed medication is expensive. Our appointment was on a Monday; I called Monday night about changing the medication to a less expensive one. Their answer is that the nurse will call me back. Today is Wednesday. I have already called twice yesterday and once this morning with the same answer. This type of medical care after the visit is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Sure, we get to see an M.D. and not a P.A. but if the medical care after the visit is faulty, then there is no positive outcome from visit. We should have gone to our regular physician who does have exceptional care after the visit, but we were strained for time on Monday. Lesson learned.

I was very surprised to be seen by a Medical Physician; instead of a PA! All physicians in this clinic are Medical Doctors... Day and night!!!
