Mr. Rendon has fixed many watches for me from dead batteries, resizing and stopped ticking and once i took him a detailed sketch and the man made a ring for me that was exceptional. everyone asks me where i bought it i tell them it's a one of a kind made by Rendon. He is a nice guy full of ideas and years of experience.

I needed my watch re-sized and found Rendon Jewelers online. I called a few places but they were the only ones that answered the phone early on a Saturday morning. They told me they did remove links off watches for a small fee. I took it in 10 minutes later. They have exceptional customer service. It's a small quaint place and looks like a family business. They offer so many services and sell beautiful watches and jewelry. They offer engravings, replacing watch batteries, resizing jewelry and many other services. They only took 5 minutes to re-size my watch. I am very satisfied with their quality of work. I will be returning to buy a watch band soon.
