        I was fortunate to have been told about Burnside Air as I required a complete New AC unit. I have been in and out of hospitals with kidney transplants and the issues and medications related to an immune system attacking the new kidneys trying to reject them. With the heat in Texas, and our AC unit needing replacement, I contacted Dean Burnside and discussed that I needed a system, that was efficient , cost effective and of highest quality, and needed it done quickly.
        Within two days, Wade Bass a sales manager came to my home, factored in what AC & Heating system would provide the best and most efficient comfort in my home. Wade worked closely with both Mr. Donnie Burnside and his son Dean the owners, to offer me a highly rated system by Lennox, that will result in energy savings and costs and will more than satisfy my wife and my choices of comfort settings. The estimate for the entire project was extremely affordable and their personal efforts on their customers behalf is applaud able.. We are senior citizens and Burnside and their entire staff did everything possible to schedule the project, ensure the work was done correctly, provided the necessary paperwork and permits, and made sure when the job was done that my wife and me were totally satisfied.
        The crew sent to do the work, led by Jason, were respectful, talented and knowledgeable, and their dedication to their trade was admirable. I could go on and on, but obviously I am honored to be able to give my personal referral to neighbors, friends and associates, to contact Burnside AC, for all their HVAC needs. We are former New Yorkers, relocated to Texas 7 years ago. This is the first time I was proud to share my positive feelings about a company, Burnside, Earned all my respect, and if you choose them for your HVAC needs, they'll earn your respect also.
