Applebee's

I went to Applebee's for a birthday dinner and the service and cleanliness of the staff and restaurant was VERY poor. The hostess had us walking around the restaurant looking for a place to seat us and when she finally found an available booth, it was very dirty. Our waiter actually sat down and took our orders, he didn't tell us the specials and it took him about 15 just to bring waters. He was very rude and seemed not to like his job. Lastly, as my party was talking amongst ourselves we heard very loud rap music coming from the kitchen area. The bartender was dancing and acting like he had a few drinks himself. By far my worse experience at applebees. I will be contacting corporate.

This is the worst Applebee's I have ever been to in my life. Our service was terrible and the manager acted like he could care less if we were satisfied or not. It took 10 minutes for him to even come to our table after we asked for him. We all got our food at different times and it was low quality. Do not come to this place if you have any expectations for good service an good food.

I always enjoy going to AppleB's, and so happy that u guys reopen because y'll were one of the first gathering place that was somewhat upscale, cool, and affordable to dine at. Now the competitor are here and everyone tends to look down on you guys, I say just keep on doing whatcha doing. Serve and continue to shine

I went to this location back in October and had a bad experience but some reason I went back again last night (11-21-09) and the service was great. The food was freshly prepared and I actually finished my meal completely. Prior to now I would have given a 1 star but after last night I gave 3 stars. I do plan to go back and hopefully I will have the same woonderful experience because I was really impressed.

Waited 1 hour after ordering for food to be brought out to our party of 6. Corndog for child was cold, but she still ate it.(didn"t want to wait another hour for replacement). 2 for $20 menu? my 7 oz sirlion, about the size of a plump hotdog, and a serving of veggies, about 4 tablespoons, on a 13 to 15 inch plattter. I almost busted out laughing. The house salad had wilted lettuce and wrinkled tomatoes. The waiter did the best in the situation.that he could. This kind of family restaurant presents a negative view of Memphis to visitors. It's little wonder why Applebee's went out of business the first time.
