Ultrasound
In addition to routine screening mammography, diagnostic breast evaluations are performed using special mammographic views and ultrasound. Interventional breast procedures including mammographic and ultrasound guided needle localizations, ultrasound guided cyst aspirations and ultrasound guided core biopsies are available to aid the clinician in the diagnosis and management of breast diseases.
MRI
Recent advances in neuroradiological diagnosis, for example, CT, angiography and MRI, have been primarily due to progress in computer technology. MidSouth Imaging has maintained expertise in the utilization of these state-of-the-art modalities. Nuclear Medicine

Body imaging encompasses techniques aimed at diagnosing diseases of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, cardiac, pulmonary and musculoskeletal systems. The body imaging section at MidSouth Imaging includes radiologists with specialized fellowship training in all these areas. Modalities used to image these organs include fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography and magnetic resonance.
