The workers here were extremely helpful with the questions I had. They have wonderful customer service.

I had a great time at this place and the girl that works at the desk is very nice. Very hip and the do a great job with repairing screens (still do not know how they were able to fix my phone, it was in very bad shape).

I had a great experience wheni visited iFix. Keana helped me out a lot. She found out what was wrong with my phone and fixed it for me quickly. She also recommended that i get extra screen protection. Im glad i went to iFix. The price was way better here than anywhere else i tried to get my screen fixed.

Fresh in Memphis and shattered my phone . I hear about ifix and went there and best service I've ever had when it comes to phone companies . Keana was an outstanding help as well ! I would totally recommend them !

It was great ! I had to wait 10 minutes more of my wait time but she gave me a 10% discount. It was worth it

If I could give them no stars I would. This place is outrageous and is run by thieves. I brought in my iPad 2 to get a power flex cable replaced. I broke the screen and was changing it (which I have done multiple times before) myself when I accidentally snapped it. I called them and they said they'd replace it for $50. Sounds fair enough. The technician offered $80 for replacement and to close up the iPad. I have plenty of experience changing screens so I just had him replace the replacement flex cable. I brought it in and they changed it. That night they called me and told me the volume up button was broken and charged me an extra $10 for that. I accepted the payment and left it overnight.



The next day my girlfriend picked up the iPad for me because I had to work a 12 hour shift. After work, I picked up the iPad and noticed the Wi-Fi antenna wasn't just broken, it had been ripped off! This is not something that is not easy to do. I remember vividly having the wi-fi card in place when I handed the thieves my iPad. My girlfriend didn't break it... she carried it to the car and left it on the seat until I picked it up.



So I called them immediately after and the technician claims "There's no reason why we would mess with that cable... I'm an expert in iPad repairs." Well guess what, I'm not an idiot. The "technician" blamed my girlfriend for the missing wi-fi card and told me that I had no reason to blame him. No one else touched it but him.



Personally, I think he's just butthurt that I didn't pay $30 extra for the screen closed. That is my choice. If i pay you for a job, You should do it right and not cause damage to my things.



So this company took $60 and my wi-fi card for nothing. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND WILL BREAK YOUR DEVICES SO YOU'RE FORCED TO COME BACK.

I've had an iPhone for years & was devastated when my luck ran out today after another nasty drop. I immediately googled where I could get my screen replaced at a reasonable price and stumbled across this place (which offered a Groupon several months ago at an awesome rate). I called, set up an appointment, and within a couple of hours, my phone was ready to roll. Although I began with a sour, annoyed attitude, the owner/manager was refreshingly helpful, polite, & congenial. I mentioned seeing the Groupon (which had since expired), and he gave me the Groupon rate + 10% discount! I walked away feeling like I'd just gotten a sweet deal and glad that I found a decent place to give my business to. When it was all said & done, it was $78 to repair my 4s screen. Look no further than this joint. Fast, reliable, and honest. I will refer everyone that I know to this place from here forward!
