I go in this place all the time! They have a huge variety of hard to find items. The staff is very helpful and courteous! If you be nice to them, they will be nice to you!

I order a product from this store every other year and have done so for a decade. No, this is not Home Depot or Lowes but it is a friendly and helpful place. I keep coming back.

Today, 7/14/2014, I entered the store and asked the cashier if they were open to the general public, since their sign read, "Commercial Hardware." She blinked real hard, stared me down, and asked me what I had said. When I repeated, she snapped at me, barely answering my question. Before I could walk away, she and two male customers proceeded to talk about me, laugh, and poke fun like small children. I walked around the store looking for a manager, but found none; so, I waited for her to finish with other customers and a phone call.



Eventually, I found another employee and asked for the owners , but he stated that they were not there. As he and I approached the front counter near where she was standing, he asked me what had happened. I explained to him what had transpired and stated that it was very unprofessional how she had treated me. I did not know if they serviced the general public because we have not lived here very long and because their signage was confusing. As I walked out of the store, she must have gotten off the phone because she charged behind me cursing and staring into my vehicle. Although she never approached my truck, she was behaving very aggressively.



We spend thousands annually because of the properties we have in two states, but we will never spend a dime in this so-called business.

Casher was very rude. Very unprofessional. Will not shop there again.
