Number 1 Nail Salon

Ladies there were friendly but their skill were so so not very good. I wanna reply the reviewer below. They are all Vietnamese so they don't speak Chinese at all

Horrible!! They re-use their gloves!!! Yes I said gloves!!! The lady pulled out a pair of gloves that had a hole in one of the fingers and nail polish stained on them. Completely discussing. Their gel nail polish is cheap. Never going back.

Very poor salon. The nail polish is cheap made by generic brands like NYC- no China Glaze or OPI anywhere! When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked what their hours were and the lady replied 'How should I know?' When I asked how much a full set is, she said "I dunno... 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45...." When we went in and picked out our nail polish, I told the guy I wanted dark blue tips. I went over to the carousel and was picking out my color when the nail take came over, grabbed two dark blues (randomly selected from their blues) and slammed them down on the counter and told me to pick one because I was taking too long. They (3 different nail techs worked on me) were very aggressive when doing my nails and hurt me several times because they were too just watching the TV to watch what they were doing, and 4 of my nails went on noticeably crooked. When we were charged $15 more than what their listed prices said, and they couldn't understand us enough to tell us why we were being charged so much. They also told us we had to pay in cash because they don't accept check or debit, which left us in a tight spot, and we had to borrow cash from another lady in the salon and then write her checks to reimburse her. We didn't tip at all (especially since they over charged us to begin with) and they became angry and shouted at us in Chinese. We left completely traumatized and disgusted. I will never return to #1 Nails.

Worst nails I have ever had done....would NEVER go back and certainly would never recommend. I went in to get a set of glitter gels and they look like a 5 year old did them!

Best nails I've ever had. Lynn~she's the perfectionist. She does pink & whites & no polish needed! Very Prompt service. Most importantly is the Artistic shape of your nails, so natural feeling & so natural looking.

I am a frequent client to this newly remodeled spa and have no complaints! Very accommodating, reasonable prices, excellant services provided. A very pleasant experience each and every time. Highly recommend.

I often wondered why every time I went to #1 Nails they prefer you pay cash and the owner wears a fanny pack for all the "under the table" funds coming in. Hmmm?Speaking of owner, she does a terrible job and is very rude. I would not recommend going there for a crappy manicure or pedicure and supporting a business that is shadey!

Poor service. They over charged me and then made excuses of why it cost more. A full set was $25 and nail art was $5. I was charged $38. I think they need to go back to school and learn math.

i just dropped in to see if the could fit me in for a mani/pedicure. ######I was not expecting such good care and prompt attention for being a walk in however the service was quick and very good.
