First off if you have a phone you should answer it or don't have one. It's pretty sad when the corporate office can't reach you. I placed several items on lay away for my kids xmas. They were paid in full by Dec 15. I received a email from corporate stating to pick my items up by the 22 so they wouldn't be cancelled. I go to the store on the 22 to find out that my gifts for my kids had been cancelled on the 15. They told me i would have to contact corporate to get my money back that i couldn't even get a in store credit. It is now dec 30 and not only did my kids receive there gifts but i haven't received my money. I have had the worst service i have ever had. I will no longer be shopping at any of there stores
